Surgery

Well today was good I've been up walking already 3x but trying to get this Water down in these little medical cups is hard tryimg not to take pain med so i won't get constipated lost 10lbs preop down to 211 I'm so ready for this journey

keep up the good work - take it one day at a time - you might get constipated any way - Milk of Magnesia was recommended by my doctor and really helped me - but some folks need to take something stronger

Congrats on your surgery. It is hard to get in all the Water and Protein at first, but setting hourly goals helps a lot - and forgiving yourself if you don't quite make the goals for the first few weeks helps too.

listen to your body - and at first the water is most important....

Yes thank you I was told to do milk of magnesium too but I thought Miralax would be better I think today I will do the MM
