I hear you! I just had to travel for business in March and I had to ask for an extension.. I have gotten use to it so when I first walk on the plane I just ask for one.. Yes it's a awful feeling. Hey Sanjumelts, Well I'm having surgery on the 14th and yes it's been a struggle. I started off doing 2 shakes and 1 meal a day with plenty of Water. My 1 meal is veggies and a lean piece of meat. That's been working out fine for me.. Don't beat yourself up. Drink plenty of water and try to walk a little if you can the last few pounds will come off.
