  8. There was and probably still is a great documentary on Netflix, sorry but I don't recall the name... It said fats don't make you fat... That obesity in America soared after WWII when the processed food revolution began... It was very interested, they were a team of researchers...   14. I say NO.... I understand prices at the plus size stores are much higher to begin with... I'm thinking later you will be shopping in regular size stores where the cost is less... If you sign up for email from places like soma, Victoria secret- they send coupons and updates about sales....   15. This may sound crazy but when I had stitches in my knee I was told to wrap the knee with a plastic bag... If your super concerned might not be the best feeling but I would cut a plastic bag, like a kitchen garbage bag and tape it across until your finished showered...   16. My nut gave a shopping list of sorts.... I'm thinking it would be hard to say what you should be... It seems everyone on here is following different protocols...   22. Yesterday I met with my nut, she suggested flint stones chewable or Centrum chewable for the 1st 30 days....along with B12 sublingual, that would be taking once a week forever... I use a Protein powder that I like, I don't like pre-made Protein shakes.... Making your own allows you to adjust to your taste and add things like flax seeds, cinnamon etc...it's quick to make in the blender, just make sure you put Water in first, Everytime I forget that most of the powder sticks to the blender...
