  2. I am one pound from my personal goal which is 128. My surgeon said I would get to that by my 1 year at my 9 month appointment. So I am happy so far. Thinking I may get to 125.

  6. I have had a stand still and a 2 pound drop. I am trying to get better on my fluids as well I usually get down in the 40's fluid wise but I was told that is fine at this point.

  8. I had my surgery on 3/16 and am down 17 pound. I just was told to start stage 4 diet from my nutritionist this week. Stage 4 is soft solids. I haven't made the full transition. Still doing a lot of Greek yogurt, Protein shakes and some Soups. I don't eat seafood and am not an egg person. Trying to be an egg person. Lol. Please feel fee to share any favorites for this stage.
