Thanks! I didn't think anyone noticed! I've gone from a 44ddd bra down to a 42dd. Also from a size 20 to a size 18 which are fitting more loose than ever. I'm not quite 2 months out... Most people don't understand the struggle of the thyroid. I have had thyroid problems for years. At the end of last year, through the beginning of this year, I was suffering from a terrible earache. I went to several doctors to eventually find out I have a lingual thyroid. My thyroid is on my tongue instead of in my neck. It was enlarged and that was causing the earache. I not allowed to have that many carbs. I use the Premier Protein with 5 g of carbs. It also has 30g of protein too. Either way, this liquid diet sucks! Sent from my SM-G900P using the BariatricPal App

It's crazy how much the pre op diets vary! I'm on liquids 2 weeks before surgery ( May10th )with a low bmi. I see so many that are only on liquids 3 days or even just the day before surgery. I eould love to eat something lean, but no can do for me. Sent from my SM-G900P using the BariatricPal App

In Louisiana you need to do a 6 month supervised diet. Once you do that and meet all qualifications it usually is pretty quick. Sent from my SM-G900P using the BariatricPal App
