  14. I found an app on my phone that reminds me to drink every 15 minutes. I have it set to 2oz every 15 minutes. Works pretty good. But it is very annoying to get this reminder... lol but if I don't do that I won't drink enough.. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
  15. It took about a week or so for it to stop by if you feel like food is getting stuck then you may have ate too fast or the food was too hot or too cold. I've done that not thinking and take another bite too soon then I get this horrible pain.. it does go away but it hurts like hell for a few seconds Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
  16. I had mine March 17th. I'm on mushy foods. Spicy stuff irritates my stomach.. and I love spicy foods.. I'm not have many issues other than a lot of gas pain and heartburn. I have heartburn sometimes when I wake up in the morning.. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
