I had my surgery last Aug. I would love to be a buddy to you if you would want me to be. I had a great experience and maybe could answer some of your post op questions. Happy to help if you want me to. Thanks. Or any questions at all.

In that amount of time, as of today I have lost over 100 lbs. It makes such a huge difference in my life. If you would like me as a buddy that would be cool. I have gone down 3 clothes sizes , on the verge of going down another one. ou ever need someone just email me.

How are you feeling? Was it bad? I'm nervous!!!

Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I wouldn't say bad but it's everything that was described to me by medical staff going in. I'm having to push myself to walk and drink... It feels like it would just be so much easier to lay down and sleep through this first week or so but so much ground can be lost in doing so PLUS the risk of blood clots and dehydration... Keep moving and sipping.

no problem with moving in my family. go to 90 y. old mother and disabled son. keep walking even if its just to mailbox and back. keeping our head up is the first weeks challenge. later hoot.
