  1. Congratulations on your success.
  2. Thank you 1 day. I do not eat beef, pork, or seafood. I've tried tilapia but I still can't seem to get past the smell of fish, so tuna is definitely out. The only meat I eat is chicken breast and some smoked deli turkey. I'll figure something out. I just hate to buy food, only to end up throwing it out, so I find myself eating the same food over and over. It's very boring and definitely not normal.
  3. Jennifer Hudson absolutely did NOT have any kind of weight loss surgery.
  4. I think with the new site you have to reply to a topic to get the new messages even if you have responded in the past. As for me, I'm still at 111 lbs down. I would like to lose about 25 more still. I have to make an action plan to get to goal. I'm stuck as to what to eat, because I have no appetite. Food is basically a turn-off for me. I was a very picky eater before banding and I have run out of things to eat at this point. My diet has consisted of protein shakes, turkey sandwiches and chicken salads for the last couple of years. I just don't know what to do but I'm sick of my current choices and don't like anything else. I will have to come up with something soon. Happy holidays to all of you.
  5. I was banded on july 8, 2008. I have lost 111 lbs. I do not have an appetitie either. I find food absolutely disgusting. I have been living off of protein shakes, chicken salads and turkey sandwiches for the last two years. Even with that, I'm only eating a few times a week. I can get hungry and still have no desire to eat. I've always been a picky eater way before the band but now it is even worse. I try to eat but I have no interest.
  6. I take the vitafusion calcium gummies. It comes in fruit flavors.
  7. I have only tried romaine and iceberg and haven't had any problems with either.
  8. Welcome back and congrats on your progress.
  9. Do you attend his support groups at the wellness center?
  10. I got it. I will try it out this weekend.
  11. Are any of you getting this new fitness game? It comes out tomorrow for the Wii, Xbox 360 and the PS3. It costs around $100. So far Target has the best offer for $100 with a $20 gift card back.
  12. Do you have medicaid or medicare? They are two different programs.
  13. I'll join you. I'm in for 10 lbs as well.
  14. EA Sports Active is a great workout. The new version 2 comes out next month.
  15. I was just curious. Multiples run in my family very heavily. I would definitely be happy with one healthy baby. I just love children and would like a large family of my own.
  16. I'm 30 and I don't plan on getting pregnant until after I graduate from my undergrad and mba program, which will be around age 34. I want multiple children, but I don't see how I'm going to be able to conceive healthfully between 34-40, unless I get pregnant every year, which I don't want. Question is, have any of you conceived multiples, and if you did, did you use any fertility meds for it?
  17. I mix it in with the dry oatmeal. Stir it up well then add the hot Water and then mix any small lumps out.
  18. I put a scoop of unflavored protein powder and mix it in with my oatmeal.
  19. I was prescribed Imitrex for my migraines, which worked, but I was told to stop it immediately due to interference with another medication that I take. I am now prescribed aTylenol with codeine and that seems to work for me.
  20. And they're not going home for long periods of time and they're gaining a lot of weight for a very short period of time. It is sad.
