Feeling Great!

Went for my 1 month check up and fill......After 1 month, I lost 30 pounds!!! I received a fill and currently sit at a 5 in my band.....My doctor asked what I have been doing everyday. I told him that I walk 1.5-2 miles everyday rain or shine, really watch what i eat ( totally elimintated breads) ,and limit my portions...I asked him who was the doctor? I m following your directions!
