  2. Had my surgery on 24th of March. Has been very challenging, mentally and physically draining! However I notice that each day it gets better. Any pointers? I'm keeping track of my Fluid intake, taking my Vitamins, using breathing thingy (forgot the name) LOL. Pre-op weight (prior to 2 week liquid diet): 298.6 Pre-op (right before surgery): 287.3 Goal Weight: 188.6
