I love movie popcorn. Went yesterday and was fearful of how I would feel. Drank a shake right before I went in and then 1/2 way thru the movie ate a piece of low fat Cabot individual packaged cheese. Was more than satisfied. Looked around at the people with the large buttered popcorn. And honestly those trim and slim ones weren't snacking. I actually gave myself mild whiplash and couldn't swallow after launching myself off my bed. I woke up with the lights on (they were off when I fell asleep) frantically digging through my bedcovers for "poisonous spiders." Thank goodness that only happened once! I am scheduled for 9/19 and my husband 11/8. We have supported each other they all the preliminary support group meetings and I've paved the way to ensure he has all the stuff ready to submit to insurance. We set mutual goals that we would like to accomplish and scheduled a nice trip to Turks and Caicos to reward us for next May. Our goal is to parasail together without worrying about weight. Hi all. I am 9/19/16. Anxious and ready. I am 48 year old and have battled pcos since my mid 20's. Sw 276 Cw 269 (and not budging) Goal. To eliminate all diabetes meds and improve my health. And of course want to lose some weight along the way. My husband is getting sleeved too. He hasn't got his date yet but he is hoping for November. Still waiting for the final approval from Cigna. But they set my date. Cigna not easy even with the uncontrolled diabetes. High blood pressure. Severe sleep apnea and pcos. First letter of denial because not medically necessity? Crazy!
