So I'm 2 weeks post-op and in a few days I can begin adding eggs and tuna to my diet. However, my Dr specifies canned tuna or salmon is okay not chicken or any other meat. Because i dont, never have liked tuna I am questioning why this is. Any ideas? Sent from my XT1565 using the BariatricPal App

Omg, me too! I'm such a preparer and am searching everything to prepare myself as much as possible. I'm trying to implement eating and drinking habits (small bites, chew well, don't drink at meal time) now but it's not going as well as planned. (Sigh) Rochester NY?

I'm scheduled for 6/21. I'm from NY. Everything was just sent to insurance for approval so I should know if I'm approved in a week or so. My goal is to lose 85lbs.

Alright, time for a real life question. I'm planning bypass or sleeve (not sure which yet) and wondering your bowels habits and how they changed after surgery. Trying to anticipate if I'll have difficulty sitting through meetings at work 2 weeks post op. -
