I get that lol i just think there is a line of when your good enough to follow a post of surgery diet adn when your not.. im worrying too much ! lol

I wish i could help here, I too have (had) PCOS. I was disagnosed at an early age of 13. Due to many reasons i had a complete hysterectomy at the age of 28 (2 years ago). I started a HRT (hormone replacement therapy) then but due to BP (blood pressure issues) and such i had to quit them about 4 months ago.. Since i had a complete i dont have periods but i am going thru menopause at the ripe age of 30 lol and i do have a hair on my chin that wotn go away lol.. and hot flashes INSANE !

Well today is the day,, my VERY FIRST appt,, the day i find out what my requirements are,, the day i see the doctor and the Psych,, the day i start the begging of my Journey ! AHHH.... What can i expect today yall ?

@@katanne is this the starting phase for you as well? i have done basiclly what u have i just wasnt sure if they see that as a failure that you cant do surgery either? thats my fear lol

Today is my very first appt with our local weighloss center at the hospital. I was told i will see the Doctor and the Psych today. Im curious exactly what the Psych asks lol that party freaks me out more than anything just the unkown? And do i need to ask about my insurnace requirments or will they have them? i want my own copies for my folder lol

Thank you! I have my first appt on Monday I made myself a folder with my history, med list, allergies, extra copies of things and my ID insurance etc. trying to be prepared .. I wanted to have a list of requirements etc. so I guess I need patience and wait till Monday lol. The folder I created ! Hi. I'm 30 and had to have a complete hysterectomy at age 28. 6 months ago I was told to stop my HRT, so Basiclly I'm going thru menopause (I assume). Does this put a damper on weight loss. @@coleycole127 I got some paperwork and kinda took it the same way. I see doctor for first time Monday so I will see. All bcbs policies r different so I'm not sure if that's it or what. My friend didn't have to do any of the 6 months weight follow.. She did some reguakr testing and her 4 classes required by the facility and had surgery within 3-4 months of starting program. I have my first appt Monday I've looked high and low to see what my insurance required and can't find it even recieved a bariatric benefits chart and it doesn't say.
