So I went out of town this weekend and my phone was acting a fool and had to be master reset. I realized I had a message and checked it. Well it was my surgeon office telling me I was approved by my insurance and August 11th will start a new life for me. I sitting here nervous, happy, anxious, excited, and scared all at once... Good morning everyone. I was wondering if anyone nerves started getting to them before surgery? The closer I get the more anxiety I'm having. My official date is August 11. Just about a month out.. I'm not having second thoughts just very very very nervous. Not sure why or what to do. Any advice???[emoji16] [emoji16]

I think my brain is fuzzy from this liver reduction diet. 11th August is my daughter's birthday lol I suppose that is why the date stood out for me. Does anyone live in the Newport News, Hampton area who want to workout together? I want to have a pretty good work routine before I get the surgery so that after it would become second nature...
