  10. I work EMS. I told my partners and my boss. If something happened to me while I'm at work after surgery, I want them to have a clue about what it could be related to. They also know that I will need their help lifting and moving after surgery. Also, because we work in healthcare, they're going to figure it out eventually. We've been fat. Suddenly we get thin? Do we have TB? Maybe a tapeworm??? Lol! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  13. Did anyone start taking Vitamins pre-op? If so, which ones? I'm worried about losing mass quantities of hair since I'm already a shedder and I've got thin Caucasian hair. (shakes first) I've read that Biotin and Iron really helped out a lot of people. Suggestions? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  18. Fingers crossed, I'll be sleeved in April! I currently work at a 911 service as a medic and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't terrified about lifting when I return to work. Doc says I should be good to go in 4-6 weeks, but I'm just fearful about something happening when I'm doing something really strenuous. Anyone? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
