Im exactly three weeks today that I had my surgery and I only lost 15 pounds...weight loss is different with everyone!! My friend had the surgery and her weight loss is faster than mine :/

Hi, I had surgery feb 12 and a friend of mines had hers on October,2015 and definitely advice me to take Biotin ASAP after surgery because some doctors won't advice you to take this Vitamins for hair and nails until you're going bald!! Hi, I'm after 2 weeks of surgery and I had few sips of beer very slowly and nothing happen to me, just don't over do it cause beer can make you feel numb and think you can drink more!! And also feeling hungry afterwards!! But otherwise I'm fine!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Thank you so much, it's hard but everyone is right!! From the start he wasn't happy to know I was getting the surgery and didn't support me for my decision to do it for myself and my childrens....to improve my health!! I'm battling depression can't sleep because of all the anger building up in me but I'm also have faith in the lord that or later things will get much better!!! I appreciate everyone supports... I totally understand it happen to me a couple days ago and I felt so much pressure and bloated in my stomach for a full day!! I thought I open a stitch :/ but I'm fine my doctor gave me meds for acid reflux and told me to buy gas-x for gas!! Don't worry you will be fine, tomorrow it'll be two weeks i had surgery!!
