  1. My doc wanted me to go back after 2 weeks & honestly I probably could have. I took 4 weeks as I have amazing disability insurance & get full pay. Good luck with your surgery. Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App
  2. That's great. My goal is 135 lbs. I am told I need to lose 100 lbs for a tummy tuck which I want & will need. Good luck maintaining.
  3. I hit a stall at week 2-3. I was obsessing over the scale but I was losing inches. I lost 15lbs, 2% body fat & 1 pant size by my almost 4 week post op appt. Don't get frustrated. It happens to everyone. I am cleared to work out so I am gonna go full force with that. I am a smaller patient so I know I am going to lose slower than most. Sent from my SM-G920P using BariatricPal
  4. What you're experiencing may be acid reflux not hunger? I've read on alot of these posts that the "hunger" feeling is that since the area that produces grehlin the hunger hormone is no longer present in your body. Sent from my SM-G920P using BariatricPal
  5. I went for my 4 week post op appt yesterday. I lost 15lbs, 2% body fat, lowered my Bmi by 1.4 & am down a pant size. Even though I was in a stall I still lost inches. The doc expects me to understand 200 by April appt that's only 12.5 lbs. I am determined to be in the low 190 by then. I am so determined
  6. I drink the EAS shakes from Walmart & gold standard whey Protein. I mix vanilla with Water or milk & put an orange flavored crystal light packet. Yummy creamscicle. Sent from my SM-G920P using BariatricPal

  9. Eas Protein shakes are good. Walmart sells them. Only 1.5 g of sugar & 17 g of protein. I ordered a variety pack of the nectar protein the other day. Sent from my SM-G920P using BariatricPal
  10. I'm having the same feeling. Like your stomach needs to growl. I was thinking it was reflux too. Going to doc on friday for 4 week post op appt. Going to talk to him about it. Sent from my SM-G920P using BariatricPal
  11. I see a huge difference. Way to go! Keep up the good work. Sent from my SM-G920P using BariatricPal
  12. I am 5'7" & weighed 227 day of surgery 1/25/2016. I lost 10 lbs in the first week but have not lost much since. I am considered a "smaller" patient. I feel like I am not getting enough calories in & my body is going into survival mode. Anyone else feel like that? Sent from my SM-G920P using BariatricPal
