  1. SW 257.7 Goal 230
  2. Hi Everyone! I had my quarterly with my GP and my labs were awesome. I sleep better and just generally feel much better. I know I still don't get enough Protein but I'm trying. I'm down 38 lbs. I can feel it only one person at work mentioned it. I relocated for work 2.5 years ago and I'm back at the weight I was when I arrived.... I think now anything I do lose will be more noticeable to coworkers. I still haven't told anyone at work but my boss. I made it through another client dinner last week. Nibble here, nibble there... no alcohol. I lost all interest for food. My GP told me that that I have to be careful since at 6 months my hunger will be back and most people gain the weight back. A bit discouraging... but has me wondering what percentage of people actually gain the weight back.
  3. Correction: my goal is 225 Sorry.
  4. I'm sorry Marie. It will get better. Hang in there.
  5. SouthernbelleAU, 7 weeks out I think your on track. Stay positive and keep doing what your doing!
  6. I'm down 32 lbs since 2/9. I found I can drink faster but eating is still slow going. I find cannot finish my food in 30 mins I have to wait several mins between bites or else... I still do not have much of an appetite. Still hate Protein Drinks. Tuna does not sit well with me nor does anything tomato based. I miss salsa.
  7. It was hard last week, but I had a guy next to me for three days that are my food. I kinda grazed my fork over soft stuff and tasted here and there. Just act uninterested in food. Also, take shakes and packages tuna for your hotel room. You can do it! I did well while traveling! However I didn't get much exercise in.
  8. Okay, I'm traveling for business this week and wondering what I'm going to do when I have dinner with clients.
  9. Had the same issue with the cpap bought ImageUploadedByBariatricPal1456651340.132311.jpg and they work! Thanks!
  10. Hi everyone. I'm wrapping up week 3 soon and this week I just started experiencing acid reflux which I have never before. I find myself popping tums several times per day. Anyone experiencing the same? I knew this was anticipated. I bought nexium before surgery but didn't realize it was time released. I thought I was lucky since I hadn't experienced any acid reflux... Also, since I sleep with a cpap machine I just started having trouble sleeping since the back of my throat is not closing like it should. My mouth gets extremely dry.
  11. Are you taking your vitamins daily? I still find it difficult to get that much protein in and all my liquids. I notice if I haven't drank enough and get extremely tired.
  12. Congrats. I've lost 22 lb. But this week it's fluctuating by 2 lbs
  13. I'm curious to know how much and how long is everyone exercising 3 weeks post op?
  14. I was sleeved on 2/9. I am not hungry and hate Protein Drinks. I'm finding it difficult to force feed myself. I'm managing getting Water in but it doesn't come as easy as it used to. I've lost 20 lbs since surgery and stalled since Friday. I'm walking at least 1.5 miles per day. Today I pushed myself to go 2.5 miles to see if I can get out of the stall. All my incisions with exception of one are healing nicely. Doctor used glue to close my incisions. I go back to work tomorrow. A bit nervous but excited. I tend to be tired in morning should be interesting first day back at my already stressful job.
  15. My period started two days before surgery and I used a tampon and kept my underwear on. No problems whatsoever. Sent from my SM-N900V using BariatricPal
  16. That's great. I found a broth that had 9 gms of protein and only 35 calories! Sent from my SM-N900V using BariatricPal
