  2. I agree about carbs... I bought an elliptical and increased my water intake and I am back to losing as well . I was in quite the lull... it was making me mad but I said I needed to change up as well and I did... but I will say even during that stall inches were still dropping like crazy ????
  3. Hi redgurl37... my date was dec 5th as well. How have you been doing ?

  6. Are you 4 weeks out? I just had my one month anniversary. I lost 24 lbs .. so I did okay. Some people lose like 40 lbs in a month but I'm trying to stay positive and work on focusing on my success. What was your surgery date?
  7. Hi golden Barbie... that sounds so good ... especially with the Fairlife skim milk I have been drinking. But for me I just can't . One PB & J will lead to another one and I have lost the taste for bread but if I bite into that delicious bunny bread with grape jelly and pb.... I'm gonna be like a crack head hitting the pipe, lol. But sounds so good.
  8. Cheers to you.... you look great. Congratulations ????
  9. I'm one month post op so not sure about hair loss due to I don't currently have any . But I have been using bio oil and if you look up my post about my belly, you will see my scars are fading really well. Bio oil is costly but it works.

  15. Thank you so much. Give it some time. My starting weight was 242 lbs in July and to date I have lost 47 lbs so this wasn't an overnight thing. So please don't think I'm one of those that posts 100 lbs gone on 2 weeks????????????. Not true here. This has been a challenge this entire month and I have already had the dreadful 3 week stall but I kept pushing through and will keep doing so until I reach goal. I encourage you to do the same and we will both get there. Success is within reach... I can taste it.
  16. Thank you. I'm trying to keep taking pics in same pants to feel the difference, lol. Please don't pic, no pun intended, at my Christmas tights , ????????. You all can't see it but my tights have actually become loose on me, small victory.

  21. Congrats !!! I am one month post op as well ... down 24 lbs in one month ( current weight 195 , surgery weight 219 lbs.... starting weight 242).
  22. I am so pleased to say that Jan 5 marked my one month surgiversary and I am down 24 lbs from my surgery day weight of 219 lbs ( currently 195 lbs). But the real kicker is my starting weight pre op was 242 lbs so total lost is 47 lbs , yessss. Also, my birthday was Jan 5 as well and I am a beautiful 39 years young may I add. So excited and looking forward to more success in near future. My goal is 150 lbs. motivation is on point to reach it.
