8 months post op today. I weighed in at 208 this morning. :cursing:

Good morning everyone! I am at my 8 month baniversary today and have lost 72 pounds. I actually started dieting in January before I decided to get my band. Since my surgery I am down 52 pounds. I am in desperate need of a fill as I am hungry every two hours no matter what I eat. I have one scheduled on the 11th. I am not exercising as I should. It is cold and dark when I get home. Lately I have just felt like sitting on the couch and watching tv when I get home from work. I need to kick start my motivation! I really want to be under 200 pounds!

I was banded April 4, 2008. The fill does not hurt hardly at all - just a little pinch. I have had about 6 fills. I can tell when I need a fill because I get so hungry between meals. I have been hungry every two hours. My doctor has me do liquids for two days followed by mushies for two days after each fill. I am just tired of being sooooo hungry! lol I cannot wait until the 11th!

I am not offended at all. No worries. :cursing: I understand your feelings. Most traffic cops would rather be looking for bad guys and in fact they pull one over for a traffic infraction. Traffic cops actually find additional and more serious offenders once they pull some people over. My husband hated giving law abiding people silly tickets. There is a big problem with departments judging the officers productivity by the number of traffic tickets they write. It is not called a quota but some departments do use the "productivity" number to gauge weather a officer is a hard worker or lazy.

I am so sad you have such a poor opinion of cops! :cursing: Being a traffic cop is one of the most dangerous jobs you can have. My husband is a retired officer having served 22 years. He was shot in the leg with a 357 and nearly killed by a drunk driver who ran a stop sign and hit him. He spent 30 days in the ICU and almost did not make it. The drunk driver was killed. Her passenger told the paramedic that they were running stop signs for fun. Thankfully he is retired now and fighting computer crime in an office! lol

Funny! I was a stay at home Mom for a few years and I hardly ever had a chance to read except for right before bedtime. My girls are 18 and 20 now so I cannot use them as an excuse! I just want to be a lady of leisure! hahahaha

I really liked that book! She recently came out with a new book. I bought it but cannot remember the name at the moment. I have such a huge stack of books to read! I wish I could read faster!

I want to read your book too! It sounds awesome! Please PM your info! :smile2: I am currently reading The Last Lecture. I bought the Twilight series and have finished the first book. I moved last month and have not unpacked the other books yet. It is a good motivation to unpack. I finally have my book selves put together. It is so nice to have a library in my new house. It is actually the loft but I am using is as a library. I now need to buy a really comfortable chair so I can hide out with my books!

I think they probably have lots of people falling for it. I have to say this is the first one I have gotten from Hong Kong about an Iraqi colonel who was blown up during the war. It is so undercover the guys calls it a "operation" :smile2: My last name is Bond so maybe it is ligit!! hahahaha

I just got an email from this guy in Hong Kong about making me the living heir of a dead Iraqi colonel! All I have to do is give him my personal information for the attorney. After that I get 30% of Twenty Four Millions Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars!! I am so freakin excited!!

Mine are shrinking too! I have this fear of losing the weight and ending up flat chested! That is exactly how my luck goes! I already told my husband to start saving for the boob job! :smile2:

Tomorrow sounds great. :cursing: I get home around 6:30ish depending on traffic. It took me 45 minutes tonight to drive from Herndon.

My first husband had many girlfriends and I was always surprised at their looks! Hang in there it sounds like things are going good! I hope your husband keeps up the good behavior!
