I'm right there w/ u...had to start my LSD yesterday...OMG IT SUCKS....I am ok most of the day, but at about 4:00 I am starving...so far I have done everything by the book & I hope everyone is right about it getting better cause it cant get much worse....Cindy

Hello everyone, I've been reading ur posts for a while, my name is Cindy, and I live in Camdenton-near Lake of the Ozarks, so I'll just pipe n about the hair loss....i am a hairdresser and biotin is what i tell my clients to take for hair loss...also u can buy a hair/skin/nails combo. at wal-Mart or any drug store....Anyway I have been worrying about that issue myself...I have to say it does scare me alittle, I have VERY thick hair so I could afford to lose a little but dont want to.....So u guys think the key is protein??? Also I am being banded on April 8th in Mexico....Cindy

Hi Turler--yes I am self pay $7500 inTJ Mexico w/ Dr Kuri, they r the nicest people ever...........I just read CadenceMarch's statement about her Dr office being rude and that is the way I feel about MOST Dr. offices in USA....like they r better than us, if they just had the customer service as the Mexico Dr's .....Dr. Kuri's office has called me several times over the past few months just to see if I had any ?'s or needed anything and late one night Dr. Kuri called me himself just to see if I needed to talk to him(played phone tag w/ his office one day)YES THE DR, called me!!! Couldn't believe it myself, I had never had one that cared enough to call....Customer Service means alot and to treat us like humans would b nice....

Well Turler, I'm from Missouri and i have 2 boys(10 & 6) and I am a hairdresser and I am partners n a small shop w/ a friend, so I have very long days on my feet and my back and knees r starting to bother me alot from being overweight....I went to a siminar 2yrs ago on LB (w/ no health insurance) and decided I had to change my life and do so mething for myself for once....don't get me wrong I love my family but as mothers always do, we put everything above ourselves....So here I go w/ 29 days and counting to a new me.....Cindy:thumbup:

My surgery date is April 8th in Mexico w/ Dr Kuri....My friend and I are going down together, her husband had it done there last year and now its our turn..Can't wait, but also VERY nervous:thumbup:

I'm right there w/ya my surgery date is 4/08, and I have 2 vey active boys. I also am a hairdresser so I'm hoping to be back to work 1 week after. I wish u the best of luck we deserve it..............:thumbup:

I was so glad to hear your surgery went well, I'm from the Lake of the Ozarks area and just got my surgery date for April 8th. (Goin to Mexico) I am just wondering do u think u will feel like going back to work 1 week after surgery? I am a hairdresser and that is what my plans are.....do u feel like it is possible? I am also getting ready to go to mexico early april usng Dr. Kerri, have a friend who used him, so his wife and I are going together to get banded. Can't wait to get the show on the road
