  1. I have been away from LBT for about three months, and I am back now.....to stay. I have had my ups and downs in the last three months. One thing is that the job I had...was eliminated, so they had to give me my previous job....which requires me to be on the road a lot, and by the time I get home I am tried and just want to go to bed. I was banded on 4 February 2008, so I am coming up on my band-versary. And I need support!!!
  2. I agree with you Fenton.....at the beginning I was losing weight like crazy, but it has slowed down a little, but I am determine to keep working at it. We have lost almost the same amount of weight.
  3. Don't worry about the scales....you need to focus on NSV (none scale victories) for example loose clothing....I have went from a size 50-52 and is currently wearing 40-42, but I still want to lose more weight. Be encouraged!
  4. First welcome to the forum. The best advice I can offer you is to exercise, exercise, exercise!

  17. When I was banded on February 4, 2008, my doctor told me that I would be able to get my first fill within four weeks after the surgery. I had my first fill few weeks ago, and I noticed some restriction since I got the fill. I was given 4 cc for my first fill. I would go ahead and get the fill.
  18. Thanks Fenton, but right now I am losing more inches than weight. I went from a size 50-52 pants to a 44 right now. The main thing is doing some type of physical exercise. When I go to the gym I usually do a walk/run combination for 45 minutes to one hour.
  19. I didn't get a cath, but I had my first adjustment two weeks ago. The adjustment was painless.......and to be truthful I was talking on my cellular phone while doc adjusted the band. My first feel was 4 cc
