Hi my Dr told me I need my band removed due too,air traped in the stomach and not been able to be realesed due to the scare tissue around the band . I have been in pain for awhile and the hospital and quite a few times. can some one tell me what to expect for after it is removed thank you

it has been about 10 days since my paper work was sent to the ins, so I called the dr.office they said they have up to 30 days to get back to me,has anyone heard of this , and why dont they let you know that up front,??????????

Iam 10 Days Post Op And Feal So Tried And Worn Out I Lost 14lbs So Far .i Dont Know If My Body Is Getting Enough ,iam Already Sick Of The Shakes,but I Need To Do This Right And Not Cheat And I Know I Can.but Does Any Feel Like This,i Have 6 Days Until My Frist Post Opp Appt, And A Class To Teach Me How To Transition To Mushie Foods. -
HI was banded on the 17 and it hurts when I have to burp,also Iam feal hunger pains all the time I lost 7lbs in 5 days is this normal ???? any feed back would be a great help thanks caryn

hi was banded on march 17 I feal hungery most of the time I have lost 12 lbs so far ,butt I feal the same way hungery,I have not felt full on the liquids, do you feal full after your shake????? -

I been having the same doubts,butt I think this will work, my surgery is march 17 ,I need to lose 10lbs before my surgery date .I dont know of any support groups in temecula , maybe we should start one .keep me posted how your surgery gos best of luck,

HI i HAVE MY FRIST APPT ON FEB 19 2008 WITH DR.OLIAK IN ORANGE CA, IT TOOK MY INS 15 DAYS TO APPROVE ME.i HAVE BEEN LOOKING INTO LAPBAND A YEAR PRIOR .AFTER ALL THE INFO i READ ABOUT LAPBAND, i FELT HOPE THAT THIS MIGHT WORK FOR ME.iAM A STAY AT HOME MOM FOR THE LAST 13 YEARS ,i THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL THE POST i FEAL i HAVE A PLACE TO GO WERE PEOPLE UNDERSTAND ME.:thumbup: ?????
