Hello everyone...well today is my offical two week postop...i promised numbers and get to that in a second..but let me give u an update on my pain i recently been having... Still there not AS bad but still hurts when i take a deep breath in..dr just called to check on me says she will call me back shortly... Not much i can do but not agrivate it ya know? So here we go.. Highest weight Dec 2015 188lbs Pre surgical weight 177lbs (they did not weigh me that day this was my weight sat start of my liquid diet) Current weight 2 weeks after surg. 160lbs Total loss 28lbs

Ill tell you the first week after i did it i thought i made such a huge mistake... But soon it was easy once i found the right balance of it all. Now its a lot easier...however now im on pureed food and learning again...but still happy thus far...

Wasa im 4ft 10 my highest was 188...i was sleeved on 3/21...i did this for health issues NOT for body image issues... You can do this!! You WILL be healthy!! PM me just height alone we have a lot in common...most people are taller then us.

Hello everyone.. Pain update...so last nighy when i went home i took the oxy 5mg like they told me...OMG!! That is a horrible , HORRIBLE drug...i got dizzy, flush, almost thew up (held it in to avoid tearing a stitch) I will NOT take that again...anyways pain still there...lil better not much will go see my primary next week...and next week will be my 2 week post op and will post my numbers!

Just left...they said all looks good and no idea whats wrong to take the oxy medication... I don't like hard drugs!

Im still in ER..i have had an EKG...CT scan with contrast (that was not fun)chest xray and blood work...they have me hooled up to IV.. No news good news right?!

Update... So you all know about the possible pinched nerve the doctor thought i had...i was going in to see her on tues...then she called me got her dates wrong so it was wed...well by wed it was pretty much gone...i had my two week follow up today friday already scheduled so figured i would just wait... Well last night the pain came back!! Strong and very painful...decided not to call her since i knew i was gonna see her today at 130pm .... So went in saw the nutritionist first...we all had our meeting as a group for those who had surgery on 3/21...there was 4 of us...anyways that went well and we got moves to stage 4 foods so very happy...now when i saw the dr..... I told the dr what was going on and the pain was back etc...she was baffled since i dont NOT have symptoms of a leak or bloos clot etc...but was concerned about the pain cause it hurts to breath in...so guess where i am now? ER!! She told me they gonna do a few tests to rule out anything major and if all else knock me up full of drugs and send me home...so hoping they find something instead...i even have to do a leak test ewww...so here i am sitting in the er...she called and told them i was on my way...they already did an ekg...ugh what a way to spend a friday....pray and wish me luck.

I never seen it...i think those things are a waste....you get more from youtube and pinterest....save your money.... look up the proteinchef on youtube hes really great...i have been using him for years.

No i have not...i did get stomach spasms but that was more with cold food...my stomach hates cold food...

I have a friend who vlogs does not do forums so asking and wondering myself now...everyones team of doctors etc has different ways of diet limitations... So the question came up... #1 after surgery what was your food stage #2 how long did it last #3 how much weight did you lose in that stage only. I hope this helps answer her question as well for others.

Morning everyone...hello cloey! I still reall dont sleep on my side only because there is still a tiny bit discomfort and dont want to aggrivate anything or develop any unnecessary scar tissue...so i sleep on my side propped with pillows likeni did when i was pregnant.... Its actually really comfortable i wondered why i hadnt been sleeping like this before lol.... Curious how everyone is doing with sugar...i know its supposed to be all sugar free but i have the ok to have sugar since artificial sweeteners taste like acid to me...i still try though hoping i find the right combo... Stevia is what i keep trying since its the best...any suggestions??? Have a good day everyone!

Pinched nerve - well dr cant see me until tomorrow but it has subsided enough i feel i can wait until my scheduled appointment on friday....today is my first day back to work and feeling good in general...so happy things moving along...

Today is my first day back feel good, somewhat normal...(chest pain subsided)going about my regular day which is very nice...i get stage 4 foods friday sooooo looking forward to that!!!

I have heard this before from many...i have no exp but my guess is start back to basics...my surgeon says its very easy to stretch your stomach...so i will spend the rest of my life trying not to do that but life does happen...go back to basics hun...cant hurt...
