Do you use PatchMD vitamin patches?
I asked our surgery team about the patches cause i wanted to go on them...they said they did not recommend them since there was not enough scientific proof they worked well over long term...

Working out and your stages
Can you all chime in and tell me at what stage did you feel comfortable doing certain things? Im 2 weeks 5 days post op...and my husband is an avid gym enthusiast... I would go to the gym with him...and i want to go back...TO WALK..see how my body does...and i mean slow walk to start... The only restriction i have is no lifting over 15lbs. Which i don't plan to do any lifting for a while... ***So curious where did you start when you went back and what where you comfortable doing*** Yes i know im healing and YES I WILL take it easy not looking to hurt myself but walking around the house/work is not enough exercise

Starting my journey - Boston Ma
Thank you mln74! Has not been easy!! I remember when i had to attend a group meeting before having surgery...the phycologist was talking to us for a lil over an hour...telling us that if we decided to tell people and that if they said we did the easy way out that we should tell them yes, yes i did that you would be an idiot to do it the hard way....then he said...BUT in fact what we are doing is VERY difficult.... You know what...it is...this is NO JOKE..everday is easier but wow its very hard....i think it was easier before lol...

Regret
I am 2 weeks post op...its been a struggle... Esp since eating two little meat balls takes 35 minutes min..i did not want the surgery but happy now i did. All my heath conditions are gone!! I have to trust all the veterans out there that say it will get better and i trust myself cause day 1-2 i was so mad at myself too...but guess what today was better then the first two days... As for feeling sick and dizzy checking dumping syndrome... Revert back...monitor what your eating and drinking make start new tolerances they never had and could be an issue like things with milk products in it...thats the most common i heard of...hang in their hun!!

MY new discovery hope it helps someone
We are looking for differnt taste and texture.. When ur sick of eating and drinking and can take it on the go heck yeah anything is good! Since i started to eat i get full at two bites!! These are perfect! I dont have to worry about them being cooled, can carry them in my purse and they taste good! And sorry ice cream too much fat and sugar not to mention my body no longer likes cold food...having gastric surgery is not a pass to eat crap.
