  5. I personally think spaghetti squash is more like spaghetti it kinda reminds me of like an angel hair pasta. Zucchini noodles may be softer in texture through.

  14. Rosemary- hello I have lost about 35lbs. I feel like it's mostly because I barely eat. I mean I see how much people are able to eat on this site and I don't think I'm even at half of what they are yet.
  15. I know they really do. It's like hello have you had no home training.

  20. Hello I am 1 month and almost a week post op. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. After an embarrassing airplane ride I made the decision that I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I decided to have gastric sleeve surgery on the 14th of December 2015. Yeah I know a week before Christmas. It has not been easy not that I want to eat, but finding foods that my new stomach will like has been a challenge. At my heaviest I was 360. Pre surgery diet I was 334 Day of surgery I was 321 and at a month I am 294. I am 5'6 I think if people really knew the struggle of having weight loss surgery, it would not get the negative easy way out stigma it gets. I'm finally past the regret stage. Everyone's journey is different so for me it was really hard to get anything to stay down. I'm much better now still have a hard time finding a protein shake that I like. Overall I'm happier with my choice.
