Valentine's Day Weight Loss Challenge
2/15 with: 233.1. Well. I didn't quite make my goal, but tomorrow is 8 weeks post op, so I have had a big stall and other unmentionable unforeseen setbacks. I am happy with my progress and I'm ready for the next challenge! Thanks, Sarah!

2 weeks and 4 days PO
I am 2 weeks and 4 days post op. I started back to work this week and I already feel "off track." How much should I be able to drink at this point? I am probably getting about 30 oz. of liquid and about 30-40 g of Protein. I am not hungry and most of the time when I do eat, I feel bad. I struggle with eating slow enough. Nothing really tastes good. I will call the NUT next week for a refresher, but wanted to see if I could get some input from some who have been here/done this!! OH and I have not lost in almost a week - but I have read a lot of other posts regarding this. I lost 21 pounds at my 2 week post op dr visit. Thanks in advance...

Exertion and energy levels
I am only 2 weeks and 4 days post op, and I have had that plus my pulse racing when I feel this way. It has gotten better with time already. But I read that this can also be the sign of anemia, which Iron absorption is something that we will have to watch. So, I plan on watching it and getting a complete blood work up in a couple of months.

Valentine's Day Weight Loss Challenge
I am 10 days post-op and this is my first challenge! I know I will likely stall/plateau in a week or so, so I don't know what is reasonable. I don't want to set myself up for failure! Any suggestions? I think I am still having a hard time wrapping my head around this whole thing! I will go with starting: 244, Goal: 230.

Prayers
I am 10 days post-op and I just "stumbled" across this website and what a blessing to find this thread! I have been struggling with thoughts of "I don't know if I can do this." But finding this "Prayer Circle" has renewed my strength! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Big Cat for setting this up! I hope to be a "Frequent Prayer" for you all. Hugs and blessings!
