Don't make your decisions based on some issue that may or may not occur. I was/am a VERY squeamish patient, so I know how you feel. I had surgery at the end of December. I only vomited a little the first few days after surgery. This can happen after any surgery, by the way! If you follow the guidelines and listen to your body, you'll be just fine! -
Can I do this with my medication/vitamins?

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question!!! .... I have about 7 medications/vitamins that I am supposed to take every day. Four of them are huge! I've tried the "crushing in applesauce" technique, but they are hard to get down. Is there any reason why I can't just put them in my Ninja (blender) with my Protein shakes? (I was sleeved on 12/29.) Any other tips on taking all these pills and Vitamins in MUCH appreciated! Thank you!! -

My surgery is on 12/29. I'm on day five of the two week Optifast diet. I've doing okay, but the only thing I have been craving is a piece of chicken. Does anyone else feel sort of mild nausea from Optifast? The ladies at work did a cookie exchange and gave me 4 dozen cookies! UGH! I had my husband take them to work with him. I wasn't tempted to eat any, so that was good!
