  3. The first one is the only picture I have around my heaviest time. I'm guessing I was 330 ish in that picture. The second picture was last weekend with my daughter, I'm 230 in that picture. This was the best decision I've ever made. I can now enjoy life with my beautiful little girl!
  4. I used dr stowers of my bariatric solutions in Decatur. But they also have an office in Fort Worth. He was great and all of his staff is great as well. I highly recommend checking into him.
  5. Dub you're looking great man! Keep up the good work. Love reading your posts. I'm 8 days post op and results like yours only make me more excited.
  6. Mine is 25 lbs for 4 weeks.
  7. I was sleeved the 22nd. I've only had very minor gas pain. Other than that I feel pretty normal, except for sneezing! Boy does that hurt. I have gotten my fluid up to the recommended 64 oz already. I'm having a hard time finding any protein powder that doesn't make me want to vomit. Luckily tomorrow will be 1 week so I can start on full liquids and have my premier protein shakes. That'll help get my protein up where it needs to be.
  8. I was sleeved on 12/22. Everything went great, almost no pain. Just some minor discomfort. Activity wise I'm almost back to normal. Just trying to get all my fluids in now.
  9. I had my surgery the 22nd as well. I came home yesterday. Not really in much pain, just hard to get all the fluids I need. Any advice?
