I can't wait to be like 5 months out to see where I am! I wanted sleeved but my acids have made that not possible ???? How are you feeling? How was your healing? Have you had any troubles? Today is my last day to work (Saturday) I have all my winter and summer clothes all pulled out and I need to go thru everything! That's gonna take a lot of time. I too am nervous! I wish I had my time so mentally I knew when it would be! I'm on day 5 of 7 with the liquid diet. It's for the birds. I'm hungry!!! It has gotten easier but I would love some food. I can understand what you mean about the sweet drinks. I had s cup of hot tea last night and it had spice in it. It was very good. Nice change up. Where are you from?

Hello there in NC! So glad your doing so well with your recovery and losing nicely! I'm so happy for you!! I am on day 4 of my liquid diet and have lost 7 pounds. This sucks! Lol. I want food. I'm hungry!

We're here for you Pedro. Never hesitate to write to one of us! We're here! I'm sorry you don't have anyone close to you to help you and be there for you. That would make things harder but in a way your not listening to everyone else telling you what "they think" you should do! It's al you which can also be nice. I wish you luck with your journey! When is or was your surgery? What are you having? And where are you located?

Thanks so much Kathy for all of your insite and great advice! I plan to listen carefully and sip sip sip and walk as much as I can. I will try to do my best How are you feeling since your procedure 4 years ago? You were one of the beginners with it! I had full intentions on having the sleeve until I found out about all my acids and issues then we had to go to RNY. I'm calm right now but every once in awhile I get lost in thoughts and my stomach flips Yes this 7 day liquid diet sucks!!! Thanks for jumping in! Dawn

It's very hard on the people around us who love us. They're not fighting the battle we are but they are sitting helplessly watching us fight and struggle and that hurts. Your SO is scared and this is how he's showing it. He loves you and doesn't want to lose you. He just wants to relax and enjoy life with you. Soon enough he will get that wish. Good luck to you!!!
