  2. It's good to know I'm not the only stall! BW 403 SW 373 CW 266 I am thrilled with the loss so far, but definitely stalled the last 4 months. Lots of stress. Getting back on the wagon and logging my food, trying to add in exercise. I can't decide if my goal is 190 or 165. 190 is a personal goal, 165 puts me officially in the "not overweight" category.
  3. Good for you foreverTracy! Sometimes the weight stays still and the inches move. Keep trucking and they will sync up again. Anyone else having trouble keeping their eyes open past 8:45pm?!?! I feel like I have been going to bed when my kids do!
  4. About 20 minutes for a meal. And I definitely take my time.
  5. Hi! Sleeved 12/16 here! HW 371 SW 344 CW 307 It's felt slow, and I definitely feel like it could be better. I have been having a hard time getting in my exercise, but I found the Walk Away the Pounds videos on You tube and that helped. Hoping this next week is going to be amazing!
  6. I'm ok! Feeling pretty good, off pain meds. I'm having a hard time getting my protein in because it feels like I barely eat. I can't wait for mushy foods next week!
  7. Are you trying some hot/warm fluids? I was allowed broth and that was a life saver for me!
  8. I'm right there too. My surgery is 12/16 too. I am having these moments where I wander around my house looking for things to do so that it's ready for when I am in recovery. My husband is probably tired of my panic but with 2 kids under 2, two dogs, the holidays coming, adding surgery to the mix has me questioning everything. I know it's the right choice, and the perfect time with our schedules..... Just worried.

  11. I mix it in my coffee with no problems. Just make sure to stir with a fork to break up any potential lumps!

  14. Hi Michiganders! I just got my date today (12/16/15). I'm being sleeved at Henry Ford Wyandotte. I'm excited and super nervous. So far I have lost 10 of my pre-op 25lbs.
