Hello decemberers I have my op 7th December and can relate to most things said! I'm all in all super excited for the next chapter in my life. Do any of you have children? My little girl is 21mths and she is my only concern as such X I start pre op diet on Monday so my focus is on that at the moment. I've struggled to diet the past few years but recently was diagnosed with depression and my doctor said eating and depression marry quite nice so hopefully that's under control I can control the eating.
