Had surgery Thursday went back Monday. Should have took a week off

Wow. I had Pre Blood Management work done which help prevent that thankful for that. I only stayed 2 days. I'm down 87 lbs. from 300 lbs!!!! Feel great

Hi Andrea. I think you should take Thursday and Friday off that way your body can heal. I did what your trying to do and I was really pushing myself. Please take the week off even thou you will be ok ok

I'm 11 weeks post op and can't eat a full small meal yet! Get sick still and run to bathroom before It happens!! Anybody else feel frustrated

the kale is steamed really well i can do protein shakes all day but meat not much only a small piece of fish a few shrimp etc i guess my body is still healing

I went there weighing approx. 300lbs and now at my four week point I am 250 lbs. I feel great! I'm walking nand going like never before. I'm very happy I made this change

YES! I'm in the same position now. I'm in week 4 and like You I love to eat with family &friends. I miss that especially at dinner time. Stay encouraged. Keep looking good!

Hey! We had our birthday on the same date 10/6/2015! Congratulations on making a great decision to make you happy. It is rough right now. All I want to do is take one big bite of a Red Robin Burger! Lol. But.........it's all good. Weight before was 300 now 250! Feeling good looking good
