  1. I hate to say this but I never repeat never feel good after excersise of any kind. I've been at this for 8 months and I just hurt when I excersise. I know I have to do it but it's a forced thing ever time. If I could find something that made me feel better it would be so much easier. On top of all this I do know that I have to do it but at this point haven't found anything that makes me feel good or that is fun.
  2. I was told 10 minutes before 30 minutes after for life. I just stop eating when I start cooking and wait the 30 minutes after.
  3. I'm 5 months out the first two months were some of yhe wor see of my life had no energy couldn't get my potassium to stay had to have a second surgery for a hernia I had lots of regrets. That being said I would go threw all of that again to be 82 lbs lighter off all meds have lots of energy. And all the little non scale victories my cat can lay on my lap I have one,I can sit in a booth at a restaurant, I can get in our pickup with out a footstool. It goes on and on. Loving my new life.
  4. My Dr told me to eat half a banana everyday for the potassium issue.
  5. I eat on desert plates only or 1 cup bowls at home the bowls and cups are never full but sure makes me feel like I'm eating the same as ev er ryone else
  6. My nose also runs when I get full also my stomache will hurt
  7. I had hernia surgery two days after my bupass. Surgeon said it looked fine at the first surgery. Now I'm 4 months out and all is well.
