  1. Here's another one. BS- I could eat anything , anywhere at any time, no planning necessary. AS- I can eat certain things at the correct time mostly at home.
  2. Before Sleeve- I felt better whenever I ate something After Sleeve- I feel better whenever I don't eat something.
  3. pr_pitbullgrl try Crystal light orange flavor. It tastes like orange juice. Sugar free and only a few calories. I like it , and no aftertaste.
  4. I am having the same problem recently. I wake up once or twice during the night with a dry mouth. I never had the problem before with my cpap. Mine is a variable pressure cpap, so there is no adjustment to make. In the past I would get a dry mouth if I napped without my cpap. I always thought it was because I was breathing through my mouth. I don't use the humidifier , never have. I think I'll try the humidifier and drinking before bed and see what happens.
  5. Thanks for the updates, its good to see I'm not the only one trying to figure out what foods work and which cause problems. I'm 5 weeks post sleeve surgery and I travel for work. Eating at home is no problem, but being away is a huge challenge right now. I'm slowing down and trying to make great choices, but they are not always available. I do travel with my premier protien, so I fall back on that for my protien.
  6. I started to drink decaf before surgery on my liquid diet. Broke my cafeine addiction in 2 days. Since surgery decaf coffee was on the approved liquid list, so I drink it daily. I can't tell the difference between caffeinated and decaf. I vote to keep that coffee addiction.
  7. 55 and just sleeved on September 22nd. My age was a concern to me, but the surgeon had no problem with my age. It's a non issue.
  8. I bought them thinking they would be great. Um not so much. I agree with jess9395 they taste like cardboard with some flavoring. Couldn't finish the bag and I have three more in the cupboard. Maybe I can pawn them of to my next unsuspecting guest at home!
  9. GNC has a protien drink that is pumkin spice flavor. Lots of protien , I think 25 grams and low in carbs and fat. Tastes great too.
