  5. Hi, I was sleeved on 9/16, I am 31 and SW 285, CW 255. Can we start maybe a private whatsapp group for Sept sleevers??
  6. I was told, I can eat anything that can be cut with a fork. So basically anything that's cooked soft and moist.
  7. @@Kikiboy my surgery was 9/16, and SW was 285, went down to 260 lb. But haven't lost a single lb in almost six days. As far as food, I have tried a lil bit of all kinds of foods, and everything is going down perfect. Is actually kind of scary, that I don't feel any different when I am eating
  8. I am almost three week post op and am cleared for soft food. I feel like I am able to eat a little of anything if i chew very well. In fact, I haven't had issues with ANY type of foods. I have triedsoft veggies, mashed chicken, eggs etc. Is this normal? ? And would love to know what were you eating 3 weeks post op. Thanks
  9. That's an awesome difference, congrats! !! If you don't mind, will you share what your diet looks like? I Just started soft foods after 2 weeks, and feeling I won't lose weight because I am eating too much
  10. I appreciate all the responses, i think i just have to be mindful of how much i am eating. Because my sleeve isn't able to stop me yet
  11. I got sleeved on Sept 16, and was cleared for soft foods today. So after almost 4 weeks I made a scrambled egg with cheese and ate the whole thing without any problems. Now I feel guilty, like i did something terrible. Was my stomach suppose to hurt or feel weird????? Maybe I am just over thinking, but would love to hear from you experienced sleeves. Thanks
