  1. My doctor told me a year as well.
  2. Dude. I cannot stop having diarrhea. It's awful. I feel for you though. I used to only poop maybe twice a week.
  3. My surgery is the 10th as well. I'm more than one week in. I started the liquid diet early incase something happened.
  4. I'm hanging in there. I have OCD and I'm trying not to obsess about the liquid diet so much. My timer goes off, I drink a shake. Then drink 20 ounces of water. Then another shake. Then some broth. Then a shake and so on. When I've had all my water I switch to tea or vitamin water. And I go about my day. I even pre made some shakes to get rid of that ritual 5 times a day.
  5. I used one. It made my heart almost explode. Lol. I quit using it after like a week.
  6. From what I've read it's like when a baby spits up. It's not quite vomit, it just kinda foams in your mouth.
  7. 1 week for me! I'm excited!!
  8. I've had like 3 cups of broth today. It doesn't feel as hopeless now. :-/ Thanks for the support guys.
  9. I'm a packer. Get in as much as I can. Maybe that's why I'm struggling now...
  10. I think these are questions to ask your surgical team...
  11. I don't think I can do this anymore. I thought it was because I was drinking the same shake flavor every time so I got new flavors and I still cannot stand them!! My surgery is May 10th. I just want a piece of chicken and some corn. Like so bad. A piece of bread. Some cucumber. Mmm. I'm at the end of my rope. I'm a wuss.
  12. I have a one cup blender I got at target for like 17 bucks. I also have a mini chopper to use.
  13. You can also adjust the ramp. The pressure of air can start out low until you're asleep.
  14. Like I guess the labia. I have fat lips?? I guess. But also like the area above the V is quite plump on me. I guess I have a fat pubic area?
  15. After major surgery some people experience Surgery Blues or depression as well. You're body has been through a trauma. I've had 9 surgeries and I feel depressed after. Are you diagnosed with depression or anything? I am and I think surgery makes it worse.
  16. I do have a fat vajayjay. Crap.
  17. Glad you're doing better!!
  18. Yeeeeeah. I've met the people in my cohort that would be in my support group..... no thanks.
  19. Yes it's normal. I've had 9 surgeries. It's very normal. I don't know anyone who died but of course everyone has a story of a friend of a friend's brother in laws sister dying. You need to do whatever makes you feel better.
  20. Just curious. What were some of your questions?
  21. I'm 7 days into my pre op diet and already regretting it. :-/ but I know I'm being ridiculous. There's a better way to live life, I know there is. Food is meant to fuel us, not consume us.
  22. I'm following the diet to a tee. Except I cheated with almonds once. I started the pre diet early too in case of something happening. I'm on day 7.
  23. I'm doing so much better today. I didn't really ever [feel] hungry but I was drooling at food lol. I didn't even need a nap today. So here's hoping, man. We were all worried yesterday. :-/ Bloomer good luck let us know!!
