Try bariactric advantage multi ea. The have everything in one, and it requires 1 am, AMD 1 in pm. They are chewable and tastes good. $36 for 90. Kaiser recomended. I'm 2 weeks post op and they ho down great!

Protein intake does not count as water/hydration intake. You must take in atleast 60-70 grams of protein per day, and also a minimum of 64 oz of water. Broth, and sugar free Popsicles are considered hydration. Yogurt and protein shakes are absolutely not considered fluid intake. I know it's hard but you must sip both protein shake and water all day. Also FYI and fore anyone else who doesnt know the Isopure flavored liquid protein doesn't count as hydration. Isopure is liquidy but is 100% pure protein and has no water in it.

@@Deana37 the Premier Protein variety pack of 12 11oz. Bottles cost $27.32 The Premier Mixed berries smoothie 4 pack cost $7 and I order directly from Premier The bariatric advantage multi cost $36 and the calcium citrate cost $31. The mixes berries smoothie taste so good! I'm gonna order more. Only thing is the mixed berry taste delicious but only has 15 grams of protein per bottle.

???? I'm scheduled to have my GSV some by Dr. Casiilas on Oct. 8. He's a very warm welcoming Dr. I love his energy. Dr. Benjamin at Kaiser West LA performed my best friends Sleeve, I met with him also but I opted to go with Dr. Casiilas.

All my Vitamins and Protein shakes were delivered to me today. These are the brands that I decided to use. I bought the variety pack of Premier Protein Shakes which include the flavors chocolate. Strawberries and cream, and vanilla I also ordered Premier's Mixed berries smoothies in a 4 pack. The vitamins I decided to use are Bariatric Advantage Multi Ea, and Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate Chewy bites in the caramel flavor which came highly recommended by Kaiser. Wow! I just got my surgery date also it'd Oct. 8th and you just summer up all my feelings an anxieties that I've been going thru since given my date. I love that I'm not alone.
