I felt this in the beginning too. I take krill oil because I have PCOS and it helps my skin/hair/nails. The first night I tried taking it, it got stuck, and I ended up puking up the krill oil and the mostly dissolved capsule. It was TERRIBLE. But I promise you it does get better. :) Just be patient and take it slowly. Feel free to message me anytime if I can help you with anything.

My Surgeon told me to find all my required vitamins/supplements in either chewable or liquid form for at least three months after surgery.

I wasn't able to find them all in either form and the ones I could find were SUPER expensive and not convenient.

What specific ones are getting stuck? Maybe some of use could offer some recommendations.

@@Cervidae thank you!!!!!

I am scared to even drink water, I have had one bottle water since yesterday! I don't want to seem like I am complaining, cause I do want a new life just scared I guess! Seeing everyone eat around me is hard too! Not that I am hungry. Feel to yucky for that but just the thought!!!

Water should not get stuck, if it does there is a problem. If you don't start drinking immediately you are going to get very very sick and end up in the ER.

Please don't be so afraid, it will get better. You should not swallow anything bigger than a pencil eraser. If your pills are bigger than that, dissolve them in liquid and drink them. I had to do that for the first couple weeks.

If for some reason water is getting stuck and you are vomiting it back up call your surgeon immediately. You cannot let yourself get dehydrated. That can actually be more dangerous than you realize.

It tastes nasty but you will get your meds without chocking,

@djmorh thank you. I am only to days out, so it. It could be the gas too. What are you all drinking and how much?

I drink 75-80 ounces of cold water daily. And I'm two months out, so I only drink one protein shake, somethings witga few ounces of added fat free fairlife milk, a day.
