  1. Ok im just trying to get a clear understanding, i plan on meal prepping but there will be a day that im in a pinch and may have to stop for something fast and was jist curious about some of the decisions i can make..don't want to harm my sleeve in any way

  5. Or if i went to jimmy johns..would a unwhich be ok..i understand staying away from carbs and things just trying to balance my old habits and new life until i mentally get things together Like if we ordered chinese i can order chicken and broccli instead of something heavier

The reason im asking is my nut gave me a list of high protien foods for my intake but also said i can eat what i had beforr just in lesser amounts since i have a smaller tummy, so if i was in a bind and had to run to a drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich and removed the bun would that be ok...just trying to see if i can find some balance in this lifestyle change

  8. We do have groups and i plan on attending as many as possible
  9. Yes thats a part im so use to having what i want to eat and that's not a option right now..also scared to try new food, as far as water and protien i am doing the min required by my surgeon at the moment.

  11. I had some boiled eggs today and they came back up..guess i can take that off the menu..definitely trial and error but im scared of pain and just didn't invision the mental aspext to be so bothered by these changes that were for the better

Just trying to weed out somethings i think my fear is i will never be normal again ..all my food have to be packed ..ill never enjoy eating out again, my doctor cleared me to eat regular foods..i was thinking of chipotle something small to make me feel normal and give me hope.to show me i can eat out again in life just alter some life choices
  13. I have looked into everything possible, i talked to my doctor i will double up on my gerd medications, i saw my pcp today and were going to do liquid anti depressants, i also started my vitimans today, and i have a therapist that i see in tommorow

  17. When were you cleared to eat out? I was told i can do regular foods but im scared.
  18. This was so inspiring..i am 6 weeks out and i am struggling to see the light, but you mentioning eating at my favorite restaurant gave me hope.

  21. I have a. Nut and surgeon, i come here for the amazing support everyday i experience ten diffrent emotions and its always good to hear success stories..the nut and doctors cant relate to that part
  22. Im.going i to week 7, i just knew energy would be better by now
