  1. I'm not even 2 months and I am about 33 pounds down. I lost 20 really fast!! And now I'm slowing to a normal loss every week. Like a pound or so a day. Definitely losing more inches or something because my clothes do not fit at all!!
  2. @@JamieLogical when you noticed the hair falling out, did cutting it make it look better?? I'm nervous. I have super thin hair, and I am slowly losing a little but anxiously awaiting the clumps! Then I don't know what I will do! I'm taking Biotin but I don't think that's enough.
  3. You look phenomenal and I love your shorter hair!! I told my husband when I'm skinny I want short hair. Lol. Keep up the inspiring work!
  4. I had fever and headaches, like flu symptoms for the first 3 days. I did Tylenol every 4 hours. It really helped. It will go away. Keep hydrated as much as possible. Keep in mind what your body is going through. It gets better. I didn't think it would either, but rest, and drink water. ????
  5. I have the isopure vanilla also. Today I made a "cake batter" and a coffee shake. I look up shake recipes on Pinterest. It's become a hobby of mine to change up the flavors. The isopure is a super potent shake, but you can't pass up 2 scoops for 50g of protein. Both shakes were delicious!! Tomorrow I will be making "thin mint." Pinterest is my go to! Check it out and keep yourself from getting bored. That's why I do it.
  6. How far post op are you? The bleeding, only you can tell how severe and if you think you should go, but the taste in your mouth, I still have that and I am 3 weeks post op. Sugar free ice pops are my best friend, and my doctor said I can have sugar free hard candies. Both super helpful! You might not be getting enough fluids.
  7. I am now 3 weeks post op. Went back to work after a week which I am thankful for because towards the end of the first week I was losing my mind. As someone else said, sugar free ice pops!! Oh my goodness did those help!! And I also didn't start puréed till 2 weeks out! My first 2 weeks were water, isopure juice, broth, and sf pops and sf jello. It was intense!! Now I can have puréed which is anything that is really already "chewed" for you. I really like egg drop soup, which also contains protein! Yay! And Oikos makes a 15g of protein yogurt. Once you go back to work, hopefully that keeps you busy! I totally feel ya. Keep busy, and think about why you did this. It's not going to be easy, but it's going to be worth it! Good luck!!
