I am doing liver shrink as well. Its not bad at all. I am down 15 pounds since starting it...bonus! I am getting sleeved sept 24 too sleevemetoo15!

I agree emiko_oz. I am quite active for a "heavy" person. It certainly does help with recovery.I am really glad to have 5his site as well a wealth of information. Thank you for the tips! keep in touch I would love to hear all about your progress:)

I am Sept. 24th one week today! I am ready. I have lost 14 pounds doing the liver shrink diet my surgeon has me on...let's do this! Emiko_oz. I am very glad you're doing great post op! Any tips you can share with those of us that haven't had surgery yet?

Gobeit I know what you mean about living in a fat shaming society. I too am ashamed of myself when it comes to my weight. I am scheduled for my sleeve on September 24 and I honestly am so excited to start my new life!

I was a Coke Zero fanatic. Went cold turkey over a week ago as I'm on pre -op liver shrink diet.I do miss it, but not as much as I thought I would.

I have only told my Hubby, Daughter, and Sister. I have no plans of telling anyone else. Including family, and co-workers. My employer knows I am having surgery but doesn't know what I am having done. I feel it is really no ones business.
