  3. I decided to go with RNY over sleeve bc of my acid reflux and diabetes. I'm sooo excited bc my surgery is scheduled for 9/17 ????
  4. I lost 20 pounds during my time with the nutritionalist and before that I lost 64 pounds in the 6 months prior to deciding to head down this journey. My surgery date is 9/17 and I can't wait. You can do it just follow the rules the nutritionalist gives you!! More Protein, less carbs, more water!!! ????
  5. Something like that happened to a friend of mine. She went to 3 out of 6 nutrition classes and then found out that the only bariatric surgery was the band. She really wanted VSG so she just quit all together. She has however lost about 50 pounds on her own in the past 6 months since then because of what she learned so all was not lost.
