  1. How awesome! What month do you think you are going to be getting it done in? I believe I'm going to be an October surgery, but won't get the date until approval goes through. If not, definitely November!

  3. Best of luck! Mine should be submitted anytime
  4. I'm still pre-op, but when I'm watching what I eat and people are pressuring me, I say, "No thank you. I don't eat that." It's firm, and I feel empowered instead of apologetic.
  5. My surgery will be the last week in October. I'll have my date set by 9/18/15. So excited!
  6. These are my same fears too. I've lost and regained triple digits before. I can't regain this again!
  7. I have Anthem (CA) and I have had to do all my prep before I could meet the surgeon. Then surgeon referred me for the endoscopy. That happens in 12 days, then they can submit for surgery approval. I was told up to 4 weeks for approval with Anthem, but have heard many people on here say 2 days. I can't set my date until I'm approved, and the wait time for my surgeon is about 5 weeks. I'm thinking November but would LOVE October (or asap)!
  8. I'm meeting with my gastrointestinal doctor tomorrow (9/3/15) so we can schedule the endoscopy. That's the last pre-op thing I have to do before insurance submission. I'm so excited and will take the first available appointment! Best of luck tomorrow
