  1. I had a very easy time after surgery and I healed Fast! I thought! I was out of the woods, but I have terrible back pain now and I don't know why :/
  2. I think it's amazing that you were able to quit! I'm not a smoker but I went out this weekend (I'm 3 weeks out) and I'm 26 so most of my friends were drinking so I felt left out because I always enjoyed beers with friends. (I know it's to early to put myself in those situations, I'm learning) So I smoked a cigarette. I felt really shitty after, and thirsty. It wasn't worth it. All I want is to be healthier than I used to be so I don't think I'm going to be doing that again.
  3. I had surgery on the 18th of August and I have lost 35 lbs including the pre op diet. I'm on puréed food but I feel like I can eat other food too, but I'm scared to try. Is it normal to try more food 3 weeks out?
  4. I'm having Surgery tomorrow(8/18) I'm so nervous! I feel like I've waited so long for this day.
