  1. 5 days post op - not hitting my liquids mark yet but getting there - sip sip bloody sip! Blogging again, today is a sensitive topic, but it will make you laugh I think. http://aussiefoodiesjourney.blogspot.co.uk/2015/09/scatagorically-speaking.html
  2. I live in London, but I am from Sydney Australia
  3. One week out from surgery, and one week into my pre-op diet. Doing OK. Staying away from carbs, doing LighterLife shakes/soups with occasional snacks on cherry tomatoes for texture. Updated the blog and staying on track...dreaming about food though, and tortured myself by watching Great British Bake Off last night! Just done a post on Last Suppers(s) - what did you guys d as your last meal before your pre-op diets?
  4. Shudder! Prepping chicken, beef and fish stocks for the clear liquids phase, Will freeze in muffin tins then pop out and bad so that they stack. When I can add stuff I will run them through a nutribullet with oritein and veg so that they are smooth. Now a thai red curry I would do...but not a madras or roganjosh!
  5. Hi - I am having my sleeve on the 17th of September in London....nervous...plottig my broth and soup-making now so I can freeze lots so all I have to worry about is making sure when my husband is eating stinky curries I have something to resort to without killing him!
