No tomato soup...broth and sugar free jell-o and popsicles it was torcher..and now surgery in 6 hours woo hoo

And I drink alot of fluids when I feel hungry I drink a protein shake.. Have sugar fee jell-o. I have 4 kids at home and they depend on me to cook for them. I drink my shakes and broth before cooking for them you can do this.. And believe me I mess up too but I get back on track and start over ..we will get though this..we can help each other get though this

Already lost 15lbs just on liquid but boy do I miss the taste of food..I don't feel hungry but my brain wants the taste what do I do ???
