  1. Don't need much for hospital .but bring a shaker for protein powder they don't use them
  2. You two are lucky my preop diet is all clear liquid for 2 full weeks..no juice..no solids... No tomato soup...broth and sugar free jell-o and popsicles it was torcher..and now surgery in 6 hours woo hoo

  4. Mine is the 9th also..I didn't sleep much last night. And have to work and attend my classes today then off to Omaha Nebraska for a 10am check in.. Scared.. Worried. Excited.. So ready to change my life...
  5. I try to stay busy.. And I drink alot of fluids when I feel hungry I drink a protein shake.. Have sugar fee jell-o. I have 4 kids at home and they depend on me to cook for them. I drink my shakes and broth before cooking for them you can do this.. And believe me I mess up too but I get back on track and start over ..we will get though this..we can help each other get though this
  6. I am on my last long stretch before being sleeved on September 9 th been on liquid diet since August 24 I am scared and excited.. Already lost 15lbs just on liquid but boy do I miss the taste of food..I don't feel hungry but my brain wants the taste what do I do ???
