  2. Hey folks. Can anyone plz help with what it feels like if I eat to much after surgery. I was sleeved on 10/13 and was cleared today to go to stage 3 gonna try some chilli at chillis tonight. N was just wondering what it felt like if i ate too much Any input would be greatly appreciated. Kinda think it feels like cold water going down. Also can the pouch stretch this soon after surgery or does it take time. I don't want it to. That's y I'm asking. Thanks
  3. Thanks for the replies. I am gonna stop the beans. Had just tried them cause they were soft after chewed good. I'm on the full liquids too so prolly shouldn't have tried the beans but anyhow. I'll get thru it day by day. Thanks again
  4. Hey my friends. Just wanted to throw this out there and see if I get any response. I was sleeved on 10/13/15 and am still fairly sore. I've been walking every day as much as I can since Friday. But when it comes to trying to eat my full liquids which r ok by the way I'm allowed to do so. I hurt in my chest when broths go down. I tried refried beans yesterday and it plum out hurt bout 5-6 minutes after eating them. To the point of uncomfortable pain/ pressure. Any tips would be appreciated. I can do puddings , jello, and applesauce all sugar free w no problem
  5. Thank you all. I thought I would lose some weight from what he took out but actually gained 6.7 pound due to all the gas he blew in me and from being swollen
  6. Hey my fellow sleevers and friends. My surgery went extremely well according to my expectations. My surgeon said he removed 49 inches of stomach from me. Said it was size of a football before surgery and after it was the size of a large banana. Very please with how procedure went. Said I could easily get down to 245-250. I'm 397 post surgery. That would be awesome I'll post pics later

  11. Diet is for sure hard. I'll admit I haven't been perfect on it but I've done pretty well in my eyes. Guess we will see on Tuesday. Good luck to Everyone going through this process

  19. Thank you very much. I've all ready slipped up once :-( but I WILL NOT let it happen again. That's a promise to me. I've wanted this so bad and it's gonna happen. I just hope and pray it doesn't make my surgeon post pone once he gets inside. Thanks again for the advice. Will
  20. Hey folks. I have surgery on 10/13 and I started my diet Thursday afternoon. I've done good with it so far but man alive its getting harder by the second. Any advice on ways to not cheat. ? My nurse said I would only have enough days for 10 days between now and the surgery date. I am not sure how long it takes too shrink my liver but i just don't think that's enough time. Comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you. Will

  22. Cool Deal. My surgery is October 13. Diet is going on now n it's not been easy. Not sleeping well and headaches like crazy. Hope it gets better
