  1. So I am 4 days until 30 day post op. For the last 3 days I've been feeling depressed, feeling hungry and craving. It doesn't help that everywhere I go I'm surrounded by food. I make sure if I go somewhere I plan my meals, water, and protein but I can't shake this feeling. Anyone else going through it?
  2. I am glad that I went through with surgery and have to remember not to lose sight of the reason...my health. I need to stay off the scale!
  3. It could be your body is holding onto the fluid and gas that was used in surgery. By week 2 you should see some results.
  4. I got the same medicine at cvs! Good luck!
  5. I started classes in December 2014, one per month, regular dr visits and psych eval, and my surgery was July 13, 2015
  6. I am 3 weeks post-op and down 18lbs. I've already plateaued and haven't lost any weight since week 2. I walk at least 40 minutes a day and even kicked it up to a light jog. I'm eating a lot of vegetable pureed soup, homemade, protein, and water but can't seem to lose anymore. I didn't have to lose any weight prior to suregery. Is anyone else going through this?
  7. Sounds like stalling or plateauing is pretty common. I am 3 weeks post op. Ive lost 20 lbs but this past week I've stopped losing. I'm trying to stay positive but it's hard sometimes. I've been having more cravings than normal. I'm on pureed meals...stage 2
